RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Rio Soul Beachwear does not accept domestic or international returns as a policy and if a return is requested this will be decided on a case by case basis.

All exchanges are subject to availability.

Items returned to Rio Soul Beachwear in a non-sellable condition, will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to you at your expense.

SHIPPING

All orders and shipments require a signature upon delivery receipt. You, the client, also accept that signature by the third party as sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by Rio Soul Beachwear.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the European Union. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The client or recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all fees.

SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION

Customer will receive an email confirmation with a link to view tracking information once the order has been processed and shipped. If the customer cannot be reached and the package is returned to Rio Soul Beachwear, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS & SHIPPING ERRORS

All items are inspected during manufacturing and pre-postage before it is shipped to the customer.

In the event that Rio Soul Beachwear processed your order incorrectly, or you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace the order for a full refund at our expense.
